This project started out with the Keiko Foundation and involves Otter Rock on the Oregon Coast just North of Newport, Oregon.  Orcas weight can exceed up to 18,000 pounds and their length can be as much as 32 feet.  Killer whales have been known to swim up to 30 MPH.  They fear nothing and have been known to take out the great white shark by ramming them from the underneath side and knocking them over and attacking them.  Orcas are like dolphins, they love to play.
