Elk and Tetons

This painting was researched from a book nationally published titled, "Secrets of the Teton Range".  The Snake River at the base of the Tetons.  The elk migrate from the higher mountains during winter to feed on grass.  There are three six by six elk in this painting.  Special thanks to photographer Henry H. Holdsworth.  Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is noted for incredible sunrises and sunsets.  Wyoming's National Yellowstone Park is a paradise for photographers.  This painting has been my number one seller for the last 4 years.
